My overarching goal in my career has been to cultivate self-awareness in individuals, teams and organizations as the means to high performance. That is what led me to pursue a Masters in Organization Development, as well as a Masters in Business Administration.
I have 10+ years experience working with organizations across various industries: public relations, healthcare, construction, technology, manufacturing, and non-profit.
Though I would not discover the terminology until my twenties, I would inevitably be called to the field of organizational development due to an inherent trait that set my core values.
As a child, I was diagnosed with a sensory processing disorder. In adulthood, I learned it was not a disorder but actually sensory processing sensitivity. I’m a highly sensitive person, which broadly means I’m more aware than 80-85% of the population.
This gift of high sensitivity imparted many traits of a natural leader, mentor and coach, which I have put to use successfully in my work and my life. It also presented me with many emotional and practical challenges from which I have learned how to effectively serve others as they work through their own.
A problem solver by nature, I’m confident I can help.
